MEET YOUR DIETITIAN
Hi! I'm Natalia Strauss, a registered dietitian-nutritionist. I help individuals with PCOS who are struggling with food cravings, irregular periods, and sluggish metabolism regain balance without dieting or restriction.
I practice using intuitive eating principles and weight-neutral nutrition advice to help improve my clients' symptoms and also their relationship with food and their body.
I am located in Québec and I am registered with the Ordre des Diététistes-Nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ).
Has PCOS left you feeling:
